Sherri Lukac

FOUNDER

Sherri Lukac brings to Red House Wellness more than 25 years of experience in the health and wellness field. She holds a BS degree in Exercise Physiology from Oregon State University. She is a Certified Life Coach, Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher,  Aerial Yoga Teacher, David Ji Meditation Teacher and a Passion Test Facilitator. Sherri has held leadership positions in Junior League and International Women’s Club, as well as being an active philanthropic contributor to her local communities.

SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR

Liz Stewart brings a wide range of expertise to Red House Wellness. She trained at Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation. Liz leads retreats and is passionate about spiritual companioning and transformation. Her compassion and connection are unparalleled and create an expansive space for others to grow and heal. By inviting and manifesting Spirit intentionally into our lives, we embrace our spirituality moment-by-moment.

Wellness Director

Sandra Lukac is obsessed with wellness. After graduating from the University of Chicago, the world of business and finance slowly made her realize she needed to make a conscious choice to better herself. Sandra is a certified Power and Aerial yoga teacher, which allows her to empower others to deal with stress and improve peer relationships to achieve total transformation. Sandra’s experience leading strategic teams allows her to oversee the operational day-to-day of Red House Wellness and ensure it’s success.

Terrill Martinez brings together her love of writing, yoga and spirituality to produce our monthly newsletter which offers tips that encourage personal growth. Terrill is a former high school English teacher, has experience in the non-profit sector, and currently writes books for children. Susan Fendler

YOGA SPECIALIST

Susan Fendler has been teaching and sharing her love of yoga for the past ten years. Her classes mix many styles of yoga, including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Kundalini and she also incorporates music and chanting in her classes. She is the founder of Park City School of Yoga, and it is her lifelong pursuit to share with others the profound effects of yoga on the mind, body, and soul.

HEAD CHEF

Demetrio Hernandez brings flavors of Mexico to our carefully planned plant-based meals. Demetrio incorporates fresh ingredients like Nopal, Jicama, Ancho Chile, Cumin, Jalapeño and Berro into all his homemade dishes. Demetrio is inspired by the traditional Mexican flavors he grew up with, as well as Red House Wellness’ choiceatarian philosophy.

Additionally, we work with local experts and contributors to our programs like Nosh, FiveSeeds and Harvest.
